A high step-up Z-source-flyback converter with integrated inductors for photovoltaic applications

Increasing the voltage gain by means of Z-source network will provide some features such as low-voltage stress semiconductor devices, low duty cycle switch and reverse recovery problem output diode that leads to improve converter performance efficiency. The proposed in this paper employs a with coupled inductors integrated flyback make it appropriate for high step-up applications. One magnetic element is used converter, which its main advantage over previously introduced converters. Steady-state analysis operation principles continuous conduction mode current ripple, conductive losses devices due decreasing RMS currents are presented. In order verify theoretical analysis, experimental results prototype provided. This converter’s high-voltage conversion ratio result 300 V from 20 input source 100 W power.
